Check the format of the file. If it is an audio file, or a large video file, you won't be able to upload it. You will need to convert it to a .wmv or similar file. Try downloading a media converter like IMTOO Platinum or FLV to AVI converter. You should be able to find trials of these online. If you can e-mail me with details of the file (what type it is, what size it is) I should be able to help.
